The solid aluminum design and lexan safety visor set this production quality coping sled apart. Inferior quality units use the sleds base as a guide against your fence. Our sled uses an exclusive lexan visor that runs against your fence and keeps the sled's base away from the spinning bit so as not to chew into it. Ruggedly built with over five pounds of aluminum, our coping sled provides a safe platform for making all of your cross-grain cuts in material up to 5-3/4" wide. The solid feel and mass of this sled absorb vibration and make cutting rail ends more safe, precise and repeatable.
